Donnington Park, Britain circuit details

Donnington Park has been a race circuit since 1931 and has hosted only one Grand Prix in the modern era. The European GP in 1993 was won by Ayrton Senna in very wet conditions. The contract for the British Grand Prix from 2010 was awarded to Donnington Park in place of Silverstone. However, there were problems surrounding the financing of the redevelopment of the circuit and so the British GP continued at Silverstone.
