Jordan team history
The team run by the charismatic Irishman, Eddie Jordan, that has promised much but has not realized its full potential. The main success for the team came in the late 1990's, The 2003 season was difficult for the team which is now struggling to compete with the major teams. The team was sold by Eddie Jordan before the 2005 season to a Russian billionaire to become Midland in 2006. Perhaps Jordan’s main contribution is the number of drivers that Eddie Jordan signed and subsequently went on to success (including Michael Schumacher's first F1 race).
Key personnel: Gary Anderson, Mike Gascoyne
