Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Canada circuit details
The Canadian GP has been run in Montreal since 1978. Part street circuit and part race track, it is built around a lake on an artificial island in the St Lawrence Seaway. The track is a a mixture of tight corners (14 in total) and fast straights including the corner that leads to the wall of champions that has been the site of many accidents over the years. The circuit has produced some good races, but can be hard on cars.
